Official Mail Center

With hundreds of mailboxes, the Tinker T-box mailroom is ready to support all residents living in the dormitories.  We are located on the Northeast side of building 5905, also known as the Vanwey Dining Facility. Mail is sorted and distributed as soon as it arrives so there is no wait time.  We also conduct in/out the processing for all dormitory personnel.  Your unit CSS/First Sergeant has the forms required to fill out and bring with you for in-processing. 

PCS'ing to Tinker?

Use the General Delivery service!

Tinker AFB offers a General Delivery service which is good for 90 days while house hunting or settling into the dormitories.  Personnel wanting to use our General Delivery Service to forward their mail can use the following address format below.  Once you have established a permanent residence, please stop by this office to fill out a USPS change of address card. We can forward your mail for a period not to exceed 12 months.

Specific Hours

  • Customer Service Window Hours: Monday-Friday / 9:30am -12:30pm/1:30pm - 4pm
  • Closed for lunch 12:30pm - 1:30pm and on Weekends and all Federal Holidays
  • Dormitory In/Out-Processing (Opening or Closing a mailbox) is conducted: Tuesday-Friday / 10:00am -11:00am

Sending & Delivery

We facilitate the distribution of letters and packages that are received from the following services: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Amazon.
